Shipping policy

Please note that a small number of products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. 

A majority of our items will arrive between 2-5 business days. Larger items shipped via freight usually take between 7-10 days. Call if you need an item expedited. Depending on the item, overnight or expedited shipping may have a fee.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-5 days. Next day shipping is available on most domestic orders (there may be a charge). If the item is shipped via freight, then shipping time is often 7-10 days. If the item is backordered or not in stock, then we will call you with a lead time.

Most orders will ship directly from our warehouse in Lubbock. TX. In some cases, we will ship merchandise directly from the manufacturer to get it to you as quickly as possible.
